• Items must be unworn and in original condition
• Original packaging and certificates must be included
• Custom and personalized items are final sale
• Sale items are final sale unless defective

How to Return

2. Receive your return authorization and prepaid label
3. Package items securely in original packaging
4. Ship using the provided label

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. You'll be notified via email when your refund is complete.
